Starting your Day Positive
Is it easy to start your day positive? As I have gotten older, I am finding it is difficult to get going. I want to share with you what I have done differently in my routine that has helped me!
I am a wife and mother who does most things for everyone such as fix breakfast and make sure everything is in place. The one thing that I didn’t always do was to make beds up. I have read that if you make beds up, it will give you a great sense of getting your day started. Well, that is a true statement and wished I have done that long ago! Another thing, to make sure the kitchen is all tidy up and in place and have a clean home.
You live and breathe what is in your house. Have things in your home that means something, something you bought, given to you, or have a symbolic meaning, it gives your home love along with your significant others.
Also, another way to start your day is to exercise and devotionals. I have done this in the past but have failed to be consistent which I plan to add into my routine. If you find yourself at a loss, try doing some of things that I have shared! Remember, life is challenging enough as it is, do not overwhelm yourself and do little by little.
